HowDidIDo (HDID) App
HDID is an app that can be used to book in to formal competitions at Portal Golf Club. All HDID users are required to register to use the service. Registration is completely free and simply requires the user to register with a valid email address, set up a password, notify HDID of their home golf club and, if they wish, any additional clubs they are members of.
Membership is free and gives you:
• Booking and score entry facility for competitions
• Competition Results and Handicap Change notification via e-mail
• Access to your online Handicap Record (and soon a printable CONGU Handicap Certificate)
• Access to over 1500 clubs’ competition results, course stats and handicap lists
• Customisable homepage with HowDidiDo
Also, a separate Member’s Hub application is available if you want to download it.

BRS Golf Booking App
BRS Golf is the booking system for tee times for social, casual and informal golf at Portal. Tee times are reserved for members up to 10.28am every day (unless there is a comp or match at these times). After this time, tees can be booked by visitors. BRS Golf is an app that can be loaded on to a smart phone or tablet and is free to use.
Please note that the BRS app is only available to full members not PMG members. PMG members can book a tee through the PMG booking system or by calling the golf shop directly.

England Golf App
The England Golf app, also known as the MyEG app, is a mobile application used by England Golf members, iGolf subscribers, and iPlay users to manage their golfing activities. It allows users to access their handicap, track their scores, calculate their course handicap, and interact with other golfers. The app is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
Key features of the MyEG app include:
• Handicap Management: Access and maintain your Handicap Index® (WHS)
• Score Tracking: Input scores, view your scoring history, and track your progress
• Course Handicap Calculation: Calculate your Course Handicap™ for affiliated courses
• Social Features: Follow your friends' scores and connect with the golfing community
• My Stats: Analyse your game by inputting statistics like fairways hit, greens in regulation, and putts per round
• Score Submission: Pre-register and submit scores from affiliated golf courses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland
• iPlay Features: iPlay users can submit an unlimited number of scores from affiliated golf clubs and facilities
• Course Data: Access course data for pre-tournament planning.
• Privacy: The app's privacy practices may include identifiers, location data, and diagnostics
To use the app, users need to register their email address with their golf club and know their Membership Number (formerly CDH). The app is part of the World Handicap System (WHS) and is used by over 400,000 people.
