Neil moved into the area with his wife Sharon and 3 daughters after leaving the Army in 2008. He has held various committee positions and eventually Captaincy in 2019.

Steve joined Portal when he moved to the area from Abu Dhabi 2015. “I’m really pleased to be playing my golf on two fabulous well established 18 hole courses nestled in the heart of Cheshire. We have a fabulous membership & I’m looking forward to the year ahead brings with a full competition programme & social events”

Sharon joined the club when she took up golf in 2015. She has served as Trophy Mistress, Ladies Competition Secretary and Ladies VC.
